How To Heal (H2H)
This program introduces trauma awareness to the body and self through a five point assessment of eating, sleeping, pain, thoughts/mood and stress/energy. We encourage awareness of how trauma presents in the body so that individuals can take definitive steps toward their own healing. This training and resource can be presented in a 20-30 minute reflective exercise and an interactive session with a self-care kit.
Punch Love Boxing (PLB)
Trauma lives in the body and must be released from the body. Punch Love Boxing invites youth and the young at heart to release their burdens through safe physical engagement with a punch bag. This event can be experienced as a structured session with a boxing coach or as self-directed play.

Five for Five Sensory Healing Experience including NADA Acupuncture
Created in Harlem through a collaboration of the Black Panthers and Young Lords in response to the loss of life due to opioids, this holistic treatment combines sound, light, smell and touch (ear-based acupressure and acupuncture) to release trauma and reduce fear, anger, stress, anxiety and pain.
Community First Responder (CFR) Training
Created as a fusion of our community-based responses to shootings (Stop the Bleed) and overdoses (Are u OK?), this 2 hour engagement provides community members with the knowledge and resource they need to act as first responders in the setting of these life-threatening emergencies. This event includes distribution of a CFR Kit.
