Trauma First Aid and Recovery

This hands on class teaches the skills to help if someone is badly hurt and bleeding.  It includes "Stop the Bleed" certification and a free trauma first aid kit for the first 25 participants.  This class also includes an introduction to our Trauma Recovery class as well, intended to support those who are recoving from traumatic injury and violence.
