• 5 DAILY PRACTICES
• 3 CRITICAL HORMONES
• 1 GOAL

During this 2 hour session we will:

Record critical body measurements and levels

Evaluate your strength through a simple test

Estimate your 3 critical hormone levels

Explore the 5 things you can do each day to feel better and live longer

Set you on a course to complete an 8 week challenge to having a T PLUS LIFE!
